RainForces completed a comprehensive façade modernization and balcony restoration project at a high-rise residential building located at 4520 Huron Street in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

The project involved the removal of outdated metal cladding, installation of a modern EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) façade, and restoration of balcony structures including waterproofing and surface repairs.

Through a structured multi-stage restoration process, the RainForces team significantly improved the building envelope performance, weather protection, and architectural appearance of the property.
