RainForces completed a comprehensive structural restoration and exterior modernization project for a multi-residential property located at 6858 and 6868 Ailanthus Avenue in Niagara Falls.

The project focused on restoring deteriorated balcony structures, strengthening steel supports, repairing concrete slabs, and upgrading the exterior appearance through new siding and modern balcony railings.

By addressing both structural integrity and building aesthetics, the project significantly improved safety, durability, and long-term performance of the residential buildings.
