RainForces completed a large-scale exterior modernization project for a multi-building residential complex located at Curry Avenue and McKay Avenue in Windsor, Ontario.

The project involved the installation of new exterior cladding and the replacement of windows and doors across 92 residential units, significantly improving the buildings’ energy efficiency, weather protection, and architectural appearance.

Through careful coordination and phased construction, the RainForces team successfully delivered a full exterior transformation while maintaining safe working conditions and minimizing disruption for residents.

The completed project modernized the entire neighborhood façade and extended the long-term durability of the buildings.
