Achieving the full expected service life of a sealant requires a combination of correct joint design, appropriate sealant selection, product performance testing, appropriate surface preparation, and conformance to manufacturers’ guidelines and industry standards.

Our caulking and sealant services include:

• Identification of the cause of sealant failure
• Restoration any of the original design and/or installation flaws
• Selection of an appropriate sealant that best accommodates a particular installation
• Testing of sealant on-site
• Substrate preparation in accordance with the sealant manufacturer’s specifications
• Installation of backer rods and application of selected sealant
